1. Who we are
CodeFactory ("we", "us") is an agency for mobile app development and AI automation. This site serves as a portfolio and live demo of our services. Contact: codefactory.agency@gmail.com
2. What data we collect
When you sign in via Google OAuth we collect:
- - First and last name
- - Email address
- - Profile photo (Google avatar)
- - Date and time of sign-in
When you use the AI chatbot or receipt scanner, conversation content and uploaded documents are forwarded to our AI service (Anthropic Claude) for processing. We do not store conversation content permanently.
We use httpOnly cookies to track the number of demo messages (max 10 per 24 hours) without storing personal data.
3. How we use data
- - Authentication and access to demo features
- - Storing reservation data (name, email, dates)
- - Internal visitor tracking (Google Sheets, owner only)
- - Sending reservation confirmation emails
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Google OAuth and permissions
We use Google sign-in solely for user identification. We request access to Google Sheets and Google Drive only in the context of the receipt scanner - to create and write to your spreadsheets. We never read or modify existing files without your explicit action.
Use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
5. Data storage
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU region. Sign-in data (email, name) is retained while you actively use the service or until you request deletion. You can request deletion of your data at: codefactory.agency@gmail.com

7. Your rights
