Discovery call
Thirty minutes. No deck, no pitch. You talk, we listen, and we tell you by the end whether we're the right fit. NDA before the call if you need one.
Pilot sprint
Either side can walk at the end. Most don't.
One focused sprint. Fixed scope, fixed price. We ship something real — a prototype, a POC, a hard-to-debug fix.
Monthly retainer or walk
No multi-quarter contracts. Thirty days' notice, both ways. The work has to earn the next month every month.

QUESTIONS
Answers we actually give.
Will I end up working with junior devs?
No. Mahir and Harun write the code you're paying for. There is no junior layer. That's the entire point of the studio.
Time zone? English?
CET — one hour by flight from Berlin, same workday as DE/AT/CH/NL/DK. C1 English on calls, in code review, in async messaging.
What if the engagement doesn't work out?
The pilot sprint is fixed-scope and fixed-price. If you don't want to continue after the first sprint ships, you don't continue. Monthly retainer after that, 30 days' notice both ways. No multi-quarter contracts.
How does Zenica compare to hiring senior in Berlin?
Same seniority, roughly half the cost, one-hour timezone overlap. We're not cheaper because we're junior — we're cheaper because we're in Zenica, not Mitte.
Why only 2–3 projects per quarter?
Because four is the number where the work starts getting worse. We're not trying to scale a studio. We're trying to keep doing good work with people we like.
How real is your AI work?
We run agent pipelines, RAG, and eval frameworks in production for clients. Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. We can show you a non-NDA example on the call.
Can you white-label under our brand?
Yes. Most of our agency work is white-labeled. NDA before the first real conversation — send one over.
